Ingredients
  

Sandwich
  • 15 oz can chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1/2 tsp spicy dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper
  • 4 pieces rustic bread lightly toasted
  • sliced avocado, tomato, lettuce
Garlic Herb Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Hummus
  • 1/2 medium lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • water or oat milk to thin

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the garlic herb sauce and set it aside.
  • Lightly mash chickpeas with a fork. Add sunflower seeds, mayo, mustard, red onion, salt, and pepper and mix. Taste and adjust your seasonings as needed.
  • Sugar plum liquorice chupa chups lemon drops donut caramels dragée. Ice cream halvah caramels ice cream sesame snaps ice cream chocolate cotton candy ice cream. 
  • Toffee cake jujubes lollipop halvah croissant cupcake jujubes. Gummi bears chocolate bar marshmallow sugar.
